In order to start ordering and selling Alavanca Apparel, you must submit a Wholesale Application. Once your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation letter authorizing you to begin placing wholesale orders through the online store. We are in the midst of moving to a new website. Until the new site launches, all wholesale orders may be placed through the Gracie Store.

Suggested Retail Pricing: All wholesale customers are required to resell Alavanca products at the suggested retail price.
Resale Certificate: All wholesale customers are required to maintain a valid resale certificate. This does not apply to Gracie Garage Leaders.
Violations of Terms: By submitting your Wholesale Application you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you are found violation of any of these terms, we have the right to revoke your wholesale privileges.
While we upgrade our website, all wholesale orders must be placed on the Gracie Store. To view and receive wholesale pricing, you must be logged in to your wholesale customer profile. Tablets and cell phones are not supported for wholesale orders at this time.
Wholesale Only Products: Certain products are only available to wholesale customers. You must be logged in to see these products in the shop.
Minimum Order Value: For certain discounts, a Minimum Order Value (MOV) must be reached. If this applies to your pricing level, you will be notified when your application is approved.
All wholesale orders will be processed in the order they are received; except on Holidays and/or Store Closures.
Shipping: All domestic shipments are sent via USPS or UPS Ground delivery, unless other form of shipping is requested. All international orders will be shipped using United States Postal Service, unless other form of shipping is requested. Once the order is shipped an email with the tracking number will be sent to you directly from us.
Backorders: If items are on backorder you will be notified, and your packing slip will indicate which items are on backorder. You may choose to keep the items on backorder, in which case they will be shipped immediately upon arrival, or you can request a store credit or refund for the backordered item.
If you are unable to sell the merchandise for any reason, simply ship it back to the Alavanca Warehouse, and you will have the option to receive a full refund or store credit for the items.

Wholesale customers who have submitted a valid resale certificate will not be charged sales tax, and are required to charge sales at the point of sale as required by local and federal authorities. All other wholesale customers will be charged applicable sales taxes.

We process orders Monday through Friday, and aim to send out all orders the same day when received before noon pacific time, and all other orders by the next business day.
Shipping times are listed along side each shipping method listed at checkout, and are from the date your order is shipped. For example: if you place your order on a Tuesday at 2:15 PM PST and choose "2-3 Day Express" shipping at checkout, your order will ship by Wednesday and take 2-3 days from then.
We know how hard waiting is, so you will receive an email with your tracking info on the day your order ships, so you can keep tabs on where it's at. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder, and if you still cannot find it reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
